5/18 marked the end of the 2024 Warriors Spring Regatta Season, with a rousing event in Leesburg Florida. 
The team, both women and men went into the event with a “laser focus” on competing to win. And they did!
The Men 
•    The morning format was unique and ideal for teams that excelled in Sprints. Two 200m sprints, in 10-person boats, back-to-back,  to test a team’s resolve and endurance. Perfect for the “Warrior Sprinters”. 
•    With the 400m in the afternoon. The three times would be combined with the lowest total times earning medals.
•    The men’s 10, won both 200m sprints handily.
•    And clocked the second fastest time, against all other teams from A/B/C/D and Premier categories in the Leesburg Regatta!
•    In the 400m, the men’s boat was even with the lead at the 360m mark, when it encountered a technical difficulty and withdrew.
•    The men earned BRONZE for their three-race performance.
The Lady Warriors 
•    Delivered their best overall performance of the spring season. 
•    Both 200 races were exciting and competitive, with the Ladies surging in race two, to finish second. Really Thrilling!
•    In the 400m they pulled out all the stops and went for speed while keeping their stroke-synchronization all the way down the course.
•    Their three-race combined time earned the SILVER. 
•    A terrific accomplishment against a very strong field.
