The Leesburg Regatta brings to an end to THE WARRIORS' Spring Racing Regatta Season

Starting in early February with Rick’s Mad Paddlers event the ENTIRE team participated in five regattas and made a name for itself because of its training, consistent performance and outstanding physical efforts

Everyone certainly knew THE WARRIOR'S BOAT….even across the lake.

WOMEN

• The women began to gel as a sturdy and aggressive unit that displayed consistent improvement from Regatta to Regatta.

• All aspects of the women’s boat saw marked improvement and that resulted in a bronze medal in the Tampa Regatta AND an impressive silver medal performance at Leesburg

• Clearly the women are poised to be gold medal performers during Fall Regatta season

MEN

• The core group of men achieved a record of performance that may never be equal anytime in the near future

• In 19 individual races, both 10 and 20’s, we achieved the following:

• 16 FIRST PLACE FINISHES

• ONE SECOND PLACE FINISH 

• 2-DNF because of technical issues

• All this WITH A 94% WINNING PERCENTAGE
