This website if dedicated to the Leatherneck Warriors Dragon Boat Team here in THE VILLAGES, FL. It is, as it's name implies, a Yearbook or Journal of the adventures, challenges, and excitement that is DRAGON BOAT RACING

The "newly-minted" 2025 Warriors are ready to kick-off our racing season.

Having trained vigorously throughout the winter months in all types of weather conditions, the "travelin varsity" pictured above is ready to race.

We expect great things from our women's, men's and mixed teams this season and. . ."YES, THEY'RE READY" said Lee Cerovac, our coach.

The Warriors launch into our agressive regatta schedule on March 8 at the Homosassa Rodeo. This even is lik no other on the Warrior schedule. It is, essentially, a cumulative 750M, three race sprint. The course require the boat to execute a 180 degree turn in a narrow channel ar full race-speed.

Our teams of highly trained apddlers, working in unison, can expect to medal in this event.

SO, LET THE SEASON BEGIN. . . .
